RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@jesho.online with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

European Union Customers

Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers may have additional rights that cannot be excluded by this policy.
